As a general rule, we can provide wedding cars at a more competitive price between Monday and Thursday than on Fridays and weekends and sometimes we can reduce our charges for weddings booked “out of season”. There is usually a discount if more than one vehicle is booked and there are special rates for our combination packages (such as our Something old – Something new deal which provides a traditional Beauford and a modern S-class Mercedes).
If our price is acceptable to you, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% in order to secure your vehicles. Once your deposit has been paid you will be protected from any subsequent increase in our hire charges – even if you are booking years in advance - and the balance need only be paid 30 days before your wedding date.
Please remember that if family or guests book their transport through us they can also get a discount.
The price we give you will include:
- Dedicated bridal car with appropriate support vehicles
- All vehicles fully valeted before use
- Uniformed chauffeur for each car
- Coordinated bows and ribbons for all wedding cars
- Internal floral arrangements and matching cushions for the bridal car
- Bottle of bubbly for the bride and groom
- An “on-the-day” mobile contact number in case of queries or traffic delays
- Support vehicles can make 2 collections (subject to distance from venues)
- Stop off time for memorable photo opportunities if required.
