The hire process
Review our website to determine which car or combination of cars you want. Know who is to be transported and from where and when they are to be collected. Read our Terms and Conditions as the price we quote will be determined by what you tell us.
Let us know all the details of your wedding day including the people to be transported, the pick up addresses and the venues together with any other relevant information or special needs you may have. We will advise on availability and our quotation will be valid for seven days.
You will need to send us your Booking Form and pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your vehicles. Alternatively, you can confirm your details over the telephone and pay your deposit by credit or debit card immediately.
We will confirm our understanding of your requirements and you should check that we have understood you correctly as this form will form the basis of the contract between us.
You must promptly notify us of any changes in your plans as even the smallest details might have an impact on the service we are able to provide or the price we have agreed.
At least 30 days before the wedding date we will send you an invoice asking for payment of your outstanding balance. If you do not receive our invoice you should contact us to request that a copy invoice be urgently forwarded to you.
In the week or so leading to the wedding, expect a call from us to take any last minute instructions to ensure that everything will go perfectly on the day itself.
