Terms and Conditions
1. Our standard Wedding car hire period will be for up to 3 hours as calculated from the time we are booked to arrive for the collection to the time we leave the reception or the agreed final-destination. Our price is based on this assumption unless specified otherwise.
2. Our standard Wedding car hire service will include:
- Carriage of bride and escort to the wedding venue
- Carriage of bride and groom to the reception
- Time for photographs at a single additional venue en route between the wedding venue and reception
- Bridal car, freshly valeted and dressed in ribbons with appropriate silk flowers inside the vehicle
- A bottle of bubbly to celebrate the wedding or to provide a photo opportunity for guests at the wedding venue.
3. Any addition or variation that may be required to our standard Wedding car hire service must be specified at time of booking and may be subject to a different charge. Acceptable additions and variation of our standard Wedding car hire service will be confirmed in writing by us.
4. Your offer to make a booking is only valid when you pay a deposit. We will confirm our acceptance of your offer upon receipt of your deposit or, if we decline your offer, your deposit will be refunded. Only our acceptance will bring into being a contract between us.
5. After paying a deposit, the full balance is payable 30 days prior to the wedding. If a booking is made within 60 days of the wedding, the cost is payable in full at the time of booking. If the full payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to hire the vehicles to others without further reference to you.
6. Cancellations must be made in writing and, if a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the wedding date, then 25% of the full contract price will be due to us. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the wedding date, the full balance will be owed to us.
7. We will allow adequate time for the journey but will not be liable for any delays beyond our control, however caused.
8. In the unlikely event our car is not available on the wedding day for any reason, (including nay breakdown on the day), we will do our utmost to source an alternative vehicle (which may be different from the original vehicle booked). Alternatively, we may provide a refund limited to the money you have paid. We recommend that you obtain Wedding Insurance for your own protection.
9. You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers. If, in the driver's opinion, you or any passenger is disorderly or unfit to travel, the driver has the right to terminate the booking. Should this occur, no refund will be given.
10. All personal property will be the responsibility of the passengers being transported. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
11. You are responsible for ensuring adequate and legal parking for our car at each venue, which needs to be a minimum of twice the length of the car. You are also responsible for ensuring that the necessary permissions or licenses are obtained where they are necessary for our vehicle to gain access to any location or venue that you have requested of us.
12. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on the booking form is correct. If changes are made which incur extra mileage or take additional time, we reserve the right to charge accordingly.
13. We will not be responsible or liable for any adverse effects of wind/weather to those passengers travelling in the vehicle.
14. The number of passengers carried at any one time must not exceed the manufacturer's specified seating capacity. If seat belts are fitted, it is the passengers' responsibility to wear them.
15. In the event of any damage to the vehicle (whether internal or external) that is caused by you or any passengers or guests travelling in our car(s), you will be liable for the full cost of repairs.
16. Card payments may attract a 5% surcharge. We reserve the right to add a fuel or other surcharge where appropriate although any such surcharge must reasonably reflect any increase in services or raw materials that we have occasioned sine the deposit was taken.
17. Bookings are accepted on condition that you understand and accept the above Terms and Conditions. If we agree to any changes, such changes must be put in writing and signed by us.
